Raise the Future is gathering donations of craft/activity kits for all ages of children in foster care.

They ask that the craft/activity kits be engaging and include things like:

Art supplies (coloring books, crayons, paint)

Building sets (Legos, blocks)

Science experiment kits

Age appropriate books 1-18years old

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: HELP WITH SUMMERLIN PATRIOTIC PARADE

Friday, July 4th|7:15 am to 12 noon

The Summerlin Patriotic Parade

Volunteers needed to walk alongside Big Red, the City of Las Vegas’s antique fire truck, helping to pass out items to people along the parade route or assist in holding banners.

Please note: it will be hot, so come prepared with everything you need to stay cool and safe while walking outdoors. Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, water, hats and snacks are recommended.
